2nd Interview jitters?

I have been called back for a second interview after two week of meeting with the gaining supervisors. I actually forgot about the job. Now, two weeks later, I received a call indicating that I have been chosen to meet with the manager of the department. I have never been interviewed with the manager of the department and do not know what to expect. Not only that, I recently resigned from my previous company with only a weeks notice. Please help. Does this mean I got the job or does this mean i am still in the game. When asked on my first interview why I left. I replied, because I have exhausted all my resources and although the company is great and I enjoyed working for them, it is not the direction that I see me headed and now that the business has slowed down and hours are not that great. I took the opportunity to explore other opportunities full time. I am afraid i will be refused the position when the manager interviews me.
