No true maid of honor or brides maid?

i'm getting married in November. now my moh basically called it and i'm fine with that cuz we are really good friends, but she seems to have no real interest in doing anything.. she talks the talk but no action. i've tried to go look at dresses 6 different times and each time she's sick or can't go... my brides maid is looking at dresses, but idk we're not super close but shes been a bit more help.. (i hang out with mainly guys, i have like 5 close gfs)... i just really don't know what to say to her don't have many options lol wedding jitters :/
