My minecraft Hamachi server wont work. It was fine until the 1.6.4 update. Am I the only one having problems?

I recreated my server completely from scratch on a different computer, I changed IP to correct IP of my desktop's hamachi. I can sign in, but the im stuck in a laggy free fall where my character jitters and I can see small blocks being generated all around, I checked my system, and my CPU usage and all is fine.
