I have been pacing, fingers jitter, flashes of thoughts I don't understand?

I'd like to add; I haven't slept in three days. I have minor insomnia, no drugs help. Also I have been rubbing my neck and it is not sore or itchy, I just keep rubbing it. My fingers jitter as I type and messes me up. Whenever I have an itchy body part I don't itch it.. I Claw at myself. This is very strange to me. I'm female, a bit underweight(I eat plenty, just am avid swimmer/runner) age 14. This has only happened 2 other times. Once when I was 5 and the other time I was 9.
