My dog pooped blood, just blood.?

I woke up this morning and I saw a soft, brown poop. So I let my dog go outside to pee since she hadnt done that yet. She did her thing then came back in thats when I noticed the poop behind the bed that wasnt even poop. It was pure blood, a puddle of it about 4"x 4".. I know she pooped it because 1: I didnt hear her puke anything and I can always hear that, and 2: There was a tiny turd in the puddle. It was red, fresh blood, not dark, dry blood either. It might have been a little mucusy, but mostly it was just blood because It was very runny. She has been acting completely normal, focusing only on her toys. The only thing odd I can report is that she is jittering sometimes, like shaking. She has always done this from time to time but it seems like she might be doing it more than normal. She is eating and drinking water, And no I havent changed her diet recently. She has always eaten the Eukanuba Dachsund formula, nothing else. Is this something I should take her to the vet for? I plan on taking her soon anyways but I'd like to wait until I have pet insurance if at all possible. But if this sounds serious I will take her immediately. Please let me know where you got your information :)
